I did it too – the momentary internet craze! And I have to say – it was truly delicious. Super creamy, full of flavor and a pure delight for the tastebuds. A definite must-try and we will definitely serve this on a regular basis!! Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Ingredients for 2-4 people

250-500g pasta (any kind)

1 pack feta cheese

300g cherry tomatoes

Olive oil (quite a lot actually)

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt & pepper

Optional: fresh basil leaves

Possibly keep a bit of the pasta water, should the consistency of the sauce not be creamy enough!

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200°C air circulation.

Put the whole feta in a form, wash and pat dry the cherry tomatoes and place around the feta. Generously pour olive oil over both (enough that the bottom of the form is fully covered). Peel and mince the garlic clove and put on top of the feta. Season with salt & teaspoon pepper.

Place in the oven in the middle for approx. 20-30 minutes. I put on the grill setting after 20 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare the pasta according to pack.

Remove from the oven and stir with a fork.

Mix together pasta and sauce (if needed, add pasta water). If you have fresh basil leaves, put them on top / stir them in, but not necessary. Serve and enjoy!
