This is the best recipe for a Vinaigrette Sauce. Perfect for any kind of salads or vegetables. I use for asparagus, for potato salad or as a dressing for any other vegetable you desire.

3 heaped teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper

Whisk all ingredients together until they emulsify. If it doesn’t work directly, keep whisking or add another little bit of mustard.


To prepare more, just add more of the ingredients in the same proportion as listed above.
