Broccoli with Mustard-Cream-Cheese-Sauce and Rice

Cheese Spaetzle (Käsespätzle)

One of my favorite dishes, especially on colder days or when on vacation in the mountains: Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle). Amazingly easy to make, at least since we bought a special “plane/grater” to prepare the spaetzle.

Polpettine with Tomato Sauce

We are enjoying our lovely family vacation in the beautiful house of my in-laws in Tuscany.
