
This is an absolutely perfect recipe, when you are in a hurry and/or super hungry and have no time to cook. Or just when you feel like it! A Greek friend of mine showed me a version of this and I fell in love with the taste straight away.
Ingredients for 2
350g minced meat
2 medium sized zucchinis
200g feta cheese
Salt & pepper
Directions
In a pan, fry the minced meat. Wash, then cut the zucchinis into quarters and add to the pan for approx. 15 minutes. Add a little water / veggie broth to steam the zucchini. Last crumble the feta cheese on top and let melt in the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste (careful – the feta cheese is always quite salty!). And you are done!
