This is an absolutely perfect recipe, when you are in a hurry and/or super hungry and have no time to cook. Or just when you feel like it! A Greek friend of mine showed me a version of this and I fell in love with the taste straight away.

Ingredients for 2
350g minced meat
2 medium sized zucchinis
200g feta cheese
Salt & pepper

In a pan, fry the minced meat. Wash, then cut the zucchinis into quarters and add to the pan for approx. 15 minutes. Last crumble the feta cheese on top and let melt in the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste (careful – the feta cheese is always quite salty!). And you are done!
