Summer is here and the weather is super nice and hot here. But what is best to eat in these temperatures? I suggest this very easy to prepare tuna salad. Ideal to take to the swimming pool or Badi (the swimming baths around the Zurich lake) or as a light evening meal, combined with lettuce hearts (to dip!) or with Pita bread (or normal bread of course).

See what you need to prepare here:

2 cans of tuna in water
1 large can of sweet corn
1 spring onion
100g cream cheese
Salt & pepper
2-3 lettuce hearts

Alternatively: Pita bread or normal bread

Drain the tuna and sweet corn cans. Wash and finely cut the spring onion. Mix together in a bowl together with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Wash and dry the lettuce hearts and prepare leaves so you can dip into the tuna salad. If you are preparing Pita bread, toast these in parallel and fill with lettuce and tuna salad. Enjoy!
