I just love juicy and moist chocolate cake. And this cake really ticks all the boxes…
Super easy to prepare, no flour needed and chocolatey and pure bliss.
The recipe is from close friends of ours who kindly let me post it!
And the cool thing is, the cake is super delicious when served from the fridge the next couple of days too!!

200g dark Chocolate (85%)
50g Sugar
200g ground Almonds
1 Pack Vanilla Sugar
½ Pack Baking Powder
A pinch of salt
4 Eggs
Confectioners sugar for garnish
Possibly have whipped cream in the house for serving.
Directions
Preheat the oven at 140°C (air circulation).
Melt Butter and Chocolate in a bain-marie.
Mix Sugar, Almonds, Baking Powder and Vanilla Sugar.
Add the melted butter and Chocolate and mix together.
Now add the eggs one by one while mixing.

Bake for approx. 25-30 minutes. When you take the cake out, it needs to still seem a little ‘soft’.
