Simple, elegant and just purely delicious. This truffle pasta is so easy to prepare, it’s ideal for a very luxurious quick (working) lunch or for a dinner. The pasta cooks itself and the sauce can easily be prepared in parallel.

Ingredients for 2
300g Pasta (I used Tagliatelle)
2 black truffles
4 tablespoons truffle oil or approx. 2 tablespoons truffle butter
150ml liquid cream
Handful freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
Prepare the pasta according to pack.
In a pan, heat the truffle oil/butter, add the cream, Parmesan and salt & pepper to taste.
When the pasta is ready, scoop the pasta into the pan portion by potion (I took the pasta water while scooping) and then grate the fresh truffle on top generously. Tada!
