It’s (getting) cold outside and the cake and cookie season has started! This cake is deliciously soggy on the inside, moist and just absolutely scrumptious! I first tried it at a friends place and have adapted it a little – here is my version…

Spinach, Artichoke and Chicken in Coconut Milk with Rice

Always on the lookout for new everyday dishes that don’t require endless time to prepare, this is once again ideal. Loving artichoke hearts and baby spinach and in combination with the coconut milk just gives the extra something. I am sure this dish is also great with quinoa or Couscous or even Asian Udon noodles. Let me know if you try it out!!

German Cheesecake – Käsekuchen

My husband had his birthday lately and he asked me to prepare a German Cheesecake – Käsekuchen! It is completely different to the typical American Cheesecake. Instead of using a cream cheese the main ingredient is ‘Quark’ (curd). It’s creamy and delicious! My brother found this recipe years ago and the whole family adores the cake!

I love the green color and the special taste. And adoring white chocolate too, it was a must-try for me. And believe me, I didn’t regret it!
