When BBQ-ing, you always need sauces and dips for the meat as well as the corn-on-the-cobs. Try this very easy homemade butter which only needs 3 ingredients – well and salt and pepper!

200g butter (remove from fridge!)
20g fresh basil
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt & pepper
In a blender, combine the soft butter in cubes, the basil leaves, lemon zest and juice and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
Prepare a square piece of foil and place a square of cling film on top. Now spread the paste on the cling film and roll to a roll, together with the foil. Twist on the sides and refrigerate.
Alternatively you can also put the butter mix in little ramekins.
