Prettaly_BlackTagliatelleWithShrimpsAndTomatoes.jpg

This is one of the easiest and most delicious pasta recipes that I have ever done. I kind of made the sauce by accident (yes, quite some years ago) and its still one of my favorites. You can also use lobster instead of shrimps. Or if you want to go vegi, just leave out the seafood and prepare with lots of basil leaves and the tomatoes only. Enjoy!

See how to prepare here:

Ingredients for hungry 2
300-400g large shrimps (I use frosted peeled ones without tail)
250g black tagliatelle pasta
250g cherry tomatoes
200g crème fraiche
Juice from ½ lemon
Fresh basil leaves (keep some for garnish)
Salt & pepper

Directions
Boil water and add the tagliatelle according to the pack.

Meanwhile defrost the shrimps in a sieve by pouring cold (!) tap water over them. Then place in a frying pan. Wash the cherry tomatoes and add to the pan. When they have heated, add the crème fraiche, lemon juice, basil leaves (keep some for garnish), salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the pasta and pour the sauce on top. Garnish with a few basil leaves and serve.
