I just love blueberries – in all kinds of different ways. In a yoghurt, just plain, for breakfast with granola and so on! And as a crumble it was just delicious, so I want to share with you today!!

2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons plain oats
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C air circulation.
Wash the blueberries and pat dry. Mix with the 2 tablespoons sugar and place into a casserole.
Mix together butter, sugar, flour and oats until you have a crumbly consistency.
Now crumble on top of the blueberries in larger chunks.
Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until the crumble is golden brown.
Serve plain or with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!
