Ingredients for 4
500g green beans
1 pack of bacon
Wash the green beans and pat them dry. Boil or steam the beans in a pot with water until they are nearly ready (10-15 minutes). Remove and wrap bacon around a few of the beans and make little “parcels”. Fixate with a toothpick.
Now fry in a pan until the bacon is nice and crispy and serve immediately.
