These little miniature cheese packs caught my eye in the supermarket and I thought to myself – what could I prepare with these cuties? And guess what? My favorite kind of salad with creamy cheese that was liquidy inside. Very nice!
See how to prepare here:

Ingredients for 2

For the salad:
150g lambs lettuce
1 avocado

For the cheese:
1 pack of 5 miniature Tomme a la Crème cheese
1 egg
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika (spice)
Salt & pepper to taste
4 tabelspoons sesame seeds
Sunflower oil to fry the cheese

For the dressing:
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard with Honey (au Miel)
1 teaspoon L’Ancienne mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper
Just add more of the ratio if you need additional dressing.

Directions
Wash and dry the lambs lettuce. Cut the avocado into little squares. Set aside.
Prepare the dressing, by whisking the ingredients above together.

Mix flour and spices together in a flat bowl. In a second flat bowl, whisk the egg. Pour the sesame seeds into a third bowl. Now take each cheese and first roll in the flour mix, then in the egg mix. Last roll in the sesame seeds and set aside. Repeat with the other cheese pieces.

Meanwhile heat the oil in a pan and then fry the cheese until golden brown from all sides.

Mix the salad with the dressing and avocado. Place the fried cheese on top. Enjoy!
