See how to prepare here:
Ingredients
For the crust:
2 packs of puff pastry
For the filling:
400g crème fraiche
400g sour cream
400g fluid whipping cream
8g vanilla sugar (one sachet)
1 pack of vanilla pudding powder
100g sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 eggs
For decoration:
3 (or more) fresh figs
A little fluid honey
Directions
Heat the oven to 160°C air circulation.
For the crust:
Lay out the two puff pastry dough in a round baking tin above each other. They need to form a rim around the side, so you can pour in the filling. I used the parchment paper that the puff pastry was bought in.
For the filling:
Whisk together all ingredients above and pour into the prepared crust in the baking tin.
Leave in the oven for approx. 60-70 minutes, until the filling is still a little wobbly, but not fluid any more (otherwise leave in the oven for another few minutes – and if the top is getting too dark, just put a bit of tin foil on top).
Let cool completely inside the baking tin.
Cut the figs into slices and decorate just before serving and drizzle a little honey on top.
