Yay – the sun is out again!! But this classic tastes great all year long! A typical Italian – red, white and green – salad, which goes with just about anything. It’s simple, it’s delicious and you can serve in so many different styles. Plus ideal to keep the summer up a little longer!

If you prepare for a few people, I very much like to use cherry tomatoes and smaller sized mozzarella balls. And fresh basil of course. It looks very nice and is easy to serve.

See how to prepare:

1 pack cherry tomatoes
1 pack mozzarella balls
Fresh basil leaves
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar (optional)
Salt & pepper

Wash and pat dry the tomatoes. Remove mozzarella from pack and drain the water. Mix together with the tomatoes, decorate with the basil leaves, drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar (optional) on top and season with salt & pepper to taste.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
