Fast and easy and during there Corona-Virus, there is much more cooking to do than usual (I know, I am really appreciating our office cantine even more, than I already did). So here is a simple yet delicious and fast & easy to prepare vegetarian dish. Of course meat could easily be served to this, if you desire.

Whole grain rice
For the sauce:
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon grainy mustard (I used the L’Ancienne from Maille)
150g cream cheese (works with light version too)
200ml vegetable broth
Salt & pepper to taste
Cook rice according to pack. Wash and cook (or steam) the broccoli until tender (approx. 10-12 minutes).
Meanwhile prepare the sauce by mixing all ingredients together. Let boil and then simmer.
Serve rice with broccoli on top and adding the sauce over everything!
And you are ready!
