Oven-roasted Veggie Salad with Tuna

Last year we were lucky to have some vacation in October. It was really wonderful to prolong the summer days and the weather in southern Italy was just beautiful! Tiramisu

Tiramisu: It’s Italian and stands for ‚pull me up‘. It’s one of the most common and classic desserts in the world. And if prepared properly, probably one of my favorite desserts. It’s actually fairly easy to make, with a little amount of ingredients, but you need a moment of time to prepare and it needs to be stored in the fridge. The trick is to get the ideal ‘whisk’ of the cream. I personally like tiramisu if it’s more creamy, if you prefer the cakey-coffee taste, just reduce the amount of cream mix you put on each layer. Panna Cotta

One of my favorite desserts is Panna Cotta. An absolute Italian classic. It’s simple but versatile with what you can put on top (caramel, berries, etc.) and really easy to make. Also ideal to pre-prepare, so you don’t need to think about the dessert when preparing a dinner party.

Black Truffle Pasta

Simple, elegant and just purely delicious. This truffle pasta is so easy to prepare, it’s ideal for a very luxurious quick (working) lunch or for a dinner. The pasta cooks itself and the sauce can easily be prepared in parallel.
