Here is the third Christmas cookie recipe. It’s a good idea to make these at the same time as the «love dimples», because of the amount of egg whites you need (to not waste anything). They make a nice mix in the cookie bowl.

4 egg whites
250g sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
250-300g desiccated coconut

Heat the oven to 150° C. Whisk the egg whites until stiff, add sugar, salt and the coconut last. Make little «heaps» (don’t need to be perfect) with 2 teaspoons and place on a lined baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. The earlier you take them out, the more juicy they are. Enjoy!
