Christmas is over and the new year has started! But we wanted to treat ourselves on the first day of the year. The good thing is that this pasta dish is easy and fast to prepare, which made it ideal for today. Happy new year!!

Ingredients for hungry 2
450g lobster (cooked)
250g black tagliatelle pasta
250g cherry tomatoes
200g crème fraiche
Half a glass of white wine (optional)
Juice from ½ lemon
Fresh basil leaves (keep some for garnish)
Salt & pepper
Directions
Boil water and add the tagliatelle according to the pack.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and add to a heated pan (with 1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil) and fry. When they have heated, deglaze with the white wine (optional). Then add the crème fraiche, lemon juice, basil leaves (keep some for garnish), salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile prepare the lobster. Cut the meat into bite sized pieces. Then place into the frying pan to heat them.
Drain the pasta and pour the sauce on top. Garnish with a few basil leaves and serve.
